There are no fans in the bus. The journey during the rainy season was so terrible. No charging points in the seat. Dinner stop was not available. They have stopped the bus for dinner near Salem, around 1am.

A delay of approximately 2.5 hours is completely unacceptable and has seriously affected my work and caused significant inconvenience. This is not a minor delay, and I should not have to bear the consequences of your failure to provide the promised service on time. Who will take responsibility for the impact this delay has had on my job. I paid for this service with the expectation that it would be delivered as promised, and that expectation has not been met. I demand a full refund without further delay. Please process my refund immediately and confirm the resolution. I expect accountability for this failure, not excuses or further delays. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint through the appropriate grievance channels.

I was waiting for this bus in Madiwala from 10:30pm where the bus should be arriving at 10:50, I had already started to call them before 10:30, nobody picked up, and after waiting for more than 1 hour, I raised a ticket, but no resolution. After that, I again waited until 12:30, and one guy picked up and said that they already left. What type of service is this, not booking anymore.

The bus seating is good, and the sleeping arrangement is comfortable. However, the windows keep shutting, which is quite distracting and makes it difficult to sleep.
