Firstly, you booked expensive tickets, then you gave me no water bottle and there were no screws in the cabin. There were a lot of noises throughout the trip. The bus turned out to be of very poor quality.

One of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. Our bus was 45 minutes late at departure, and instead of making up for the delay, the driver kept stopping mid-route to pick up random passengers for extra cash, which is completely unprofessional and not allowed in a scheduled service. The ETA was 6:30 AM, but we were finally dropped off at 8:10 AM — almost 2 hours late. What’s worse is that other operators like Intercity or ADTC Lemon still manage to cover the distance on time, even if they depart a bit late. KS Travels clearly lacks professionalism, punctuality, and customer respect. Would not recommend to anyone who values their time, comfort, or reliability.
