Not allowed to use inbuilt toilet. Water bottle not provided. And also ac was broken.

Staff behaviour not good, cleaning not good, bathroom facilities not available in bus. Bus timing 3-4 hrs late.

1. Seat was different from what I chose on app. 2. Sleeper comfort was not up to the mark. It was very congested for two people. 3. My final stop was Mithapur bus stand, but I had to deboard at Baitiya bus stand. Driver refused to go there. It was a huge inconvenience.

Bus was reach at Pickup point Late by 1hr. And drops not just at Kashmiri gate they drop at 500m away from kashmiri gate. Staff behavior was very bad.

charging plug was not working and Ac was also not working properly Toilet was also not cleaned no water was available in the washroom to wash the hand.
