The worst experience till date was the first time I spoke to Redbus. All the information given was wrong. Due to this wrong information, I missed my flight and suffered huge loss. Will Redbus compensate me for this?

The bus hadn't arrived on time in indore and at Nagda, the passengers were made to get off and board another bus.

The bus is not comfortable for the distance and the seats are also not cleaned properly and rest stop is too much dirty overall it's a never repeat journey

After Mandsaur, the bus was converted into a local bus, stopping every 2 km to pick up local passengers. Very bad experience.
