Driver is so rude he doesn't know how to talk with passengers

When I try to locate the bus, it is showing the live location of another bus which is coming to Hyderabad, and the seats are not comfortable. They have provided the hardest pillows. Finally, I will only tell you this is the worst journey in my life.
