Traffic police stopped the bus. The driver was drunk and did not have a license. The bus was eventually canceled and we were brought back to Pondicherry.

Extremely poor experience. We were only about 5 minutes late due to traffic, and we were already in an auto on the way to catch the bus. Instead of helping us, the driver told us to wait at the Indira Gandhi stop and said that an Airlines bus would pick us up. We waited there for around 10 minutes, but no bus came. When we called the driver again, he said, “Oh, that bus also left earlier, I didn’t know.” Because of this misinformation, we missed our journey, our money was wasted, and we were left stranded without a bus to Bengaluru. If the driver had given us the correct information initially, we could have made other arrangements. This was completely unacceptable and the worst bus experience I've had.

No proper intimation in change of pickup or drop location. He dropped us somewhere in secluded place. Worst experience ever had.

Live tracking not available, I booked ticket Krishnagar but the driver changed another bus for changing their route. Feel not good journey.

Bus broke down midway near Rayakottai. They are not arranging an alternative vehicle. My dropping time was 4:30, but I am still in the same place. Now the time is 6:30. I also missed my office time. Very, very bad experience. Also, I booked a single seat, but they allocated two seats side by side. Now I am going to book a taxi and the fare is XXXXX rupees. From Coimbatore to Bengaluru, the fare is XXXXX. Very bad experience.
