I put a third seat from front and the bus was immediately cancelled. They called me and said I would get the second last seat on the upper side as an offer. I booked the seat for my comfort, but they gave me the last seat.

Bus delayed by 2 hours and AC also did not work from mid of journey. I do not recommend.

Request rest stop is not travel. So please ask the vendor to stop at a proper dhabba with all hygiene washroom facilities.

The bus was late and I could see the same through the tracking option. Still, I was asked to be present at the boarding point at the same time of boarding by lying that the bus would reach there in 10 minutes, but it was still late by 30 minutes. Also, the bus did not stop at the boarding point mentioned but 100 metres ahead. When asked, the staff said to complain to the company if it is showing wrong to you.

Worst service ever. The bus was delayed for 3 hours and when it came they did not provide any blanket or water in a semi sleeper bus. Lastly, the bus took 12 hours to complete the journey which usually takes 8-9 hours.
