Bus driver and two cleaners are not talking properly. They are rude and asked me to come early for their departure. Their time is 6.10 pm and they asked me to come at 5.45 pm.

Do not stop quickly for lunch. Not given any water bottle for drinking. The lamp light was not on. Stopped unusually for a long time.

First fix the usb port and change seats and change the driver's because they're driving recklessly and also change the blankets and also add at least two / three stops we are passengers not robots. They dropped us 2 km before the station all things are the worst and journey was so horrible I suggest no one book this instead of booking this book another volvo like Zing buses or Primo buses only.

Driver behaviour is very poor and rude and bus punctured on the way. Also, they don't have equipment to fix puncture.
