Bus was not on time; it was one hour delayed, and I got dropped one hour late at my boarding point. So the experience in this bus was not very good.

A lot of unwanted stops and unprofessional behaviour of staff. The bus did not leave at the booked stop and left 30 km before the stop. Very frustrated with the service.

It was my first time travelling from Hyderabad and I was not sure about the pick up point, so I asked the staff the number given with the ticket. But he was very rude and did not assist me correctly. If the driver had not helped me with the pick up location, I would have missed the bus. Bad experience with the staff. If you are very new in the city, please do not book this travel. Though the driver was helpful.

Journey was good but in middle they stopped AC and when asked why AC was stopped they started making excuses. Won't consider this bus operator.
