Very bad experience at pickup point. Driver not available. Late departure 2 hours from pickup point. Very very bad experience.

Hi, I had a very bad experience with the bus I booked. It was extremely dusty and not properly maintained, which is not acceptable. Considering the amount I paid, the service was not worth it. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action.

Bus tracking is not available. It arrives one hour late. In between, the halt was longer. Reached the destination three hours late as per the time shown.

AC was not running properly. Dust was coming out of it sometimes which caused challenge later. The curtains were not cleaned. Overall bad experience. It's time to run new bus from Kesaekar travels otherwise they may lose their existing loyal passengers.
