This trip was a terrible experience. I was assigned the last upper sleeper berth, which made it extremely difficult to sleep comfortably. The ongoing road construction along the route made the journey even more uncomfortable, and the AC was not cooling properly. Overall, the journey was very disappointing, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. Normally, Kerala Lines provides good service, but yesterday’s trip was uncomfortable and far below my expectations. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and ensures a better travel experience for passengers in the future.

Driver Vishnu misbehaved. He used uncomfortable language, shouted several times at different timings. He drove in zig zag manner leading to body pain. Bus reached 1 hour late at Bangalore - Still the bus reached at Electronic City at 6.30 am, which was one hour late. No bio break- Requested for emergency bio/ toilet stop, but he said he won’t stop until concern was raised at Corporate office at Thrissur. He also asked me to come sit near him. So he can think of stopping at any toilet point bus started early from destination ( Ernakulam) by 8pm. He took bus from Palarivattom before 8pm though the stop timing was 8.10 pm. Shouted at me for not being at the bus stop by 7.55 pm. Driver informed bus will reach at Majestic, Banglore only at 8.30 AM, while we were at Thrissur- Though my drop point was Electronic City, I had to get down at Majestic due to office requirements and this was informed to the conductor Adhithyan. On overhearing the conversation, the driver Vishnu said the bus will reach Majestic only by 8.30 am though actual arrival time was 6.30 am.

Overall very nice experience, staff was very cordial, the hotel for dinner stop was very good. Only one negative is that the bus was held up for almost one hour at Hosur RTO checkpost for some issues, that slightly spoiled the experience, otherwise all good.
