promised to drop at NAD Visakhapatnam but left at RTC complex saying this is the last stop. unfair making so much of arugements at RTC complex with the driver finally send us through auto till NAD from RTC

Charging point not working. Water bottle is not provided by the bus stop. Driver behaviour is very cruel. So please find out.

KBS bus staff was very rude during my journey. They neither provided blanket nor water bottle. I assumed to take necessary steps so this doesn't repeat with other passengers.

I was booked my ticket Up to GAJUWAKA Buth bus was stopped at RTC Complex . Bus staff tolt this is the last stop and talking very rudely.
