This kind of worst experience I have not seen ever. Our bus ticket was cancelled just an hour before boarding. They have a very unprofessional management system. Never onboard here again.

No proper transport from Visakhapatnam to Puri. They sent us by public transport with seater only. There was no proper communication to customers about connecting from Visakhapatnam to Puri. It was hectic for us.
