Uselessly delayed by 1 hr 35 min at start point and reached delayed by 1 hr 25 min at destination. Destination pathetic every time by Kalpana Travels when I book this bus.

Today's journey felt just like riding a local bus: whenever a passenger was spotted, they were picked up; the bus didn't stop at designated stops, but rather halted wherever someone asked it to—resulting in a one-hour delay.

Very bad experience. Sleeper cabin was full of mosquitos, blanket provided was very dirty, and staff behaviour was so rude. I think Red Bus should take some action.
