Our bus journey was very comfortable and positive. The driver handled the vehicle very safely, and all the facilities were well-maintained and efficient.

4/5 — Good service and comfortable journey This was my second time travelling with Kalyani Travels. Overall, it was a good experience. The bus was neat and clean, the staff were friendly, and the comfort level was good. Music was played in the driver cabin, which I understand is needed for night driving. However, the sound was audible inside the bus, possibly because the door sealing was not proper. Apart from that, everything else was perfectly fine. Recommended.

Punctuality was on point. The cleanliness of the bus was good, but the air conditioning was slightly too low, making it feel sweaty. The staff was helpful, and the onboard amenities included water, a pillow, and a blanket.

Everything was superb, crews behavior, was very polite and supportive, bus berth was cozy,(Long )everything was fine but arrived at destination 1 hr late. Unhappy with delayed arrival
