The bus was not clean at all, I found cockroaches near my seat and the fan was not working. I felt the seat could have been more comfortable and the seat adjustment was also very tough.

There is no responsibility in calling and boarding the passengers. Just giving the driver’s number to the passengers is not enough. There should also be a follow-up call from their side.
