Bus got late by 2hrs and operator and driver both not receiving call

The seats are very small and there is not enough space for 2 people. We had to sit all night. It was a poor journey.

My bus did not come. When I contacted the operator, he switched off his phone. Because of them, I couldn't go to Pune. Don't do your journey with this travel. The worst travel.
