The seat leg was broken and the driver refused to change seats.

Driver not stopping my drop point.

1)Seats are not comfortable due to congested leg space. Also, leg supporter also not properly opened. 2) Bus staff switch the cooling mode of AC to Fan mode multiple times. 3) Dropping time of Bus 5:35 AM but reach at 7:30 approx I.e 2 Hours late from its scheduled time.Also, bus driver stops bus multiple times in a route at least for 15-20 mins. Overall, it will great if you book another bus instead of Jyoti bus service.

The bus service was not good, the bus was scheduled at 11 PM but the operator changed the timing and departed bus at 3 AM, boarding point was changed and they asked you to cancel your booking.

Travel transferred booking to some other operator and bus got delayed by 4 hours.

Did not receive any message or update before departure or the bus number. Process and communication should be more efficient and transparent.

The bus was wobbling because of some technical fault. Even after the travellers complained, they were not ready for an alternative option and they behaved like goons. Instead, they made us travel on the bus. They travelled at a slow speed, yet it was very dangerous. We arrived two hours late and were dropped somewhere far from our destination.

I didn't travel in the bus

1. It was not the Volvo bus that was mentioned. Extremely poor bus condition. 2. Bus got delayed by XXXXX hours. 3. Drivers did not even know it was a ticket to Kasol; they were taking the route to Kullu. Extremely poor management. I think government public service is 100 folds better than this. I cannot at all understand how a known app can approve of such terrible service. 1-2 hours with bad bus condition is understandable, but this is just outright crossing limits. I just hope this never happens with anybody else.
