This is the 3rd time JP Travels changed my seat! I booked a front lower berth, but the driver said the bus changed and forced me to take the back lower berth. I don't understand why they do this every single time. Absolutely terrible service.

They change bus often and confuse seat number. This problem is not solved for the past one month. It is a daily event by staff to convince passengers to adjust.
