when I am booking this bus they are showing free wifi but it's fake they don't have any wifi and the staff behaviour is very very bad, booking time I set the drooping point mapusa bus stop near by petrol pump but they don't going this stopage they are going directly Panjim, and the rest area is too much dirty.

Worst service experience with Jolly Tourist. The staff neither picks up calls nor provides proper information to passengers. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional, which made the entire travel experience very disappointing. I am also disappointed with RedBus for listing and recommending such bus operators on its platform. Experiences like this reduce customer trust in the service. Due to the poor customer service and rude behavior of the staff, I would not recommend Jolly Tourist to anyone and will avoid booking with them in the future.

It was a very bad experience this time for me. First bus came at 7.30 boarding time was 7 pm. Second AC belt broke at 2 am resulting in all the passengers sleeping at deep hot temperature. Not a good journey experience this time.

Although this was a new bus, there was some sound coming intermittently from the engine cabin side. Kindly rectify the same.

The bus service was decent. It reached the destination on time. AC was good and bus operators were cooperative.
