Service was very good. The bus dropped me on time but the only problem is the bus AC was not working properly.

The bus that Jolly Travels was supposed to provide was not operated as promised. Instead, they assigned another travel service, which was unexpected and caused inconvenience. Additionally, the scheduled boarding time was 4:50 PM at Mapusa Green Park Hotel, but the bus arrived only around 6:45 PM, resulting in a significant delay. There was no proper communication or timely information provided regarding the change in bus or the delay. The sudden change in the bus and the substantial delay, without any prior intimation, made the overall experience highly unsatisfactory. I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action.

The bus was supposed to leave at 4 pm in the evening but instead left at 6. We were told that the bus would make us reach on time, but it got delayed by 2 hours. The staff was also not very helpful, with no hospitality and no proper communication.

The bus which I booked was second sleeper lower cancelled and allocated the seat to last 13 upper. Very disappointed.

Please try to keep AC on cooling mode. The whole journey it was not cooling, just the fan was working. Customer booked AC sleeper because the travel should feel chilled and relaxed.

The worst travel journey to Goa I have had. The bus was running late from the pick up point itself by two hours and later when I reached Madgaon, there was an eight-hour delay in total. My entire day was wasted because of the journey.
