Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience I had the worst experience with while booking a ticket from Pune to Sangola. I booked a ticket for my mother, who is an elderly woman, expecting a safe, comfortable, and hassle-free journey. However, after picking her up, the driver called me approximately an hour later and informed me that they would not drop her at the booked destination, Sangola. Instead, they wanted to drop her at Pandharpur, which is around 40 km away from her actual destination! When I questioned the driver and insisted that they drop her at the location mentioned on the ticket, he simply said that there was only one passenger travelling to Sangola, so they could not drop her there. He then shared the owner's contact number and asked me to speak with him. To my utter disappointment, the owner repeated the same excuse and casually told me to raise a complaint with . In return, they offered a mere ₹XXX compensation and expected my mother to arrange her own transportation for the remaining 40 km! How can allow its operators to treat passengers this way? I paid ₹XXX for this journey, specifically choosing for my mother's safety and comfort. Instead, your service provider refused to drop her at the booked destination and expected an elderly woman to manage her own travel in an unfamiliar place. This is not just poor service; it is completely irresponsible and unacceptable behaviour. To make matters worse, I had also purchased the additional bus cancellation protection plan, expecting better security and support in case of any issues. Yet, when an actual problem occurred, the operator refused to fulfil its responsibility, and the proposed compensation of ₹XXX was absolutely ridiculous and nowhere near adequate for the inconvenience, stress, and additional travel expenses caused. I paid for a service to Sangola, not Pandharpur. It is not the passenger's responsibility to suffer because your operator has failed to honour the booking. A ₹XXX compensation is an insult, especially when the passenger affected is an elderly woman travelling alone. I demand that take this complaint seriously, investigate the operator's behaviour, and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses, along with a clear explanation of how such irresponsible operators are allowed to operate on your platform. If cannot ensure that passengers are dropped at their booked destinations, then what exactly is the point of booking through your platform and paying extra for safety and convenience? I expect a proper resolution, not a meaningless ₹XXX compensation or a generic apology.

My experience with this bus service was deeply unsatisfactory. The route was changed abruptly without any prior notice or explanation to passengers, resulting in a significantly delayed arrival at the destination. What made the situation worse was the completely unacceptable attitude of the bus attendant/cleaner. When passengers politely inquired about the unexpected detour, the staff member responded aggressively and dismissively, rudely telling us to take the issue up with the office instead of offering assistance. Basic accountability, timely communication, and professional customer service are expected when booking travel. This experience fell far short of acceptable standards, and it's your call to book or not.

Very slow.

Bad experience. Dropping time was 9:05 pm at Thakare Chowk, Pandharpur but it was delayed by 1 hour and 15 min. Also, taken 3 to 4 unnecessary stops. Not happy with the services.

Booked AC but bus not AC.

Overall good experience travelling.

It was a non AC bus. It was a second last seat instead of third last as it was shown while booking. Light was not turned off and heavy wind so could not sleep.

Sit cushion was stiff, cockroaches on deck, AC water drops started falling once reached in Karkamb, had to change the seat. Driving was superb, onboarding and timing top notch, few hygiene issues need to be fixed. Rest is good.

I have seen such real luxurious bus first time. Fully comfortable AC sleeper bus. I could sleep comfortably first time in life. This bus beats all other buses which I travelled. Another travels is also very nice but this one is the competitor. I can say that if anyone travels by this bus then he will forget all others. Fantastic, 100 percent appreciated in all respects.
