Staff was not good and behaviour in general was not good. The bus was late for more than 2 hours, though they were in a hurry to leave 10 minutes early from Koyambedu. Being a lady, when I requested to stop for the washroom, though the driver went for the same, he responded negatively but finally, after repeated requests, allowed it. Not friendly or customer supportive.

Overall the trip was good, they stopped whenever someone wanted to go to the washroom. But I didn't receive any blanket while traveling for the whole journey, kindly make sure to provide amenities properly.

The dropping time is 7.40 am for me. Now it's 9.30 am and I am still in the bus. Due to traffic, 30 minutes delay may be fine. Why this much time? Please change this. Many girls are also travelling. Consider my query.
