This bus service is very worst. I have never experienced such poor service before. The driver’s contact number was provided to us, but whenever we call to know the bus location or to check whether the bus is delayed, the driver is not answering the call at all. I have also tried calling the customer complaint/support number, but there is no proper response. If the bus is delayed, passengers should be informed in advance through a message or call. Instead, we receive a delay message only around 20 minutes before the bus arrives, which is not acceptable. We are sending our elderly family members as passengers, so it is very important for us to know where the bus is and when it will arrive. At least the driver should answer the phone when passengers call for genuine safety and travel-related concerns. If this is the kind of service you provide, how can passengers confidently travel with your bus service? This is extremely disappointing and a very poor customer service experience. Please take this complaint seriously and take immediate action to improve your service.
