My worst experience in this bus. AC was not working and when I asked the conductor, Mr. Kartik Mandal, he said to leave the bus and get out in the middle of my journey. So please, anybody, never go on this bus.

Worst travel and maintenance and cheating. We booked AC sleeper but bus was non AC sleeper.

The staff were okay. The timing was not good. The cleanliness was not up to the mark. The seat comfort was good, but no blanket was provided.

No live tracking, irresponsible and driver left a woman in the middle of the road at rest stop. All the cleaning staff were sleeping beside us and on the path which we walk. Driver is not communicating properly. Rash behavior.
