Bus changed from Barmer by operator and forcefully they shifted to another non AC bus.

The air conditioning was not functioning properly throughout the journey, causing significant discomfort to passengers. Additionally, the bus was not maintained in a hygienic condition. The seats and interior were unclean, which made the travel experience unpleasant. As passengers pay for AC bus services expecting comfort and cleanliness, I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to improve service quality and maintenance standards.
