We booked bus at Nathdwara bus stand but bus driver arrived with women passenger on bypass road at 5AM.

No glass on the inside. No cleanliness. Seats were damp and uncleaned. Suspension system was terrible.

Very bad condition, seats are dirty and not clean. Tobacco pouch is under the seat and no cover on the seat.

Services are not as per bus fare. Washroom needs to be cleaned. It is very uncomfortable to be in first double sleeper due to foul smell.

Washroom needs to be cleaned. It causes smell in the bus. Curtains are not there towards glass.
