This was my first and definitely last journey with Jain on this route. The bus was in an unacceptable condition—dirty and packed with transport materials instead of being maintained for passengers. The service was highly unprofessional, with countless unnecessary stops and a delay of over 2 hours. This is completely irresponsible and disrespectful to passengers’ time and comfort. I strongly advise others to avoid this service at all costs. Live tracking is also incorrect.
