The trip was good till Haridwar. But as we reached Haridwar at 5:40 am, the bus staff told us to change the bus to another and they allotted us a seater seat meanwhile we have paid for sleeper. And no water bottle has been given to us.

Bus was delayed 2 hours, very dirty bus and they did not provide blanket. Dropped in Haridwar instead of Panipat and next journey provided in state transport bus
