Jay Mata Di travels is the worst bus I have ever traveled on, the seats were not even clean.

the bus was 1 hour late for no reason, and AC was continuously switching on and off, the drop us 1 hour 15 min late due to that we missed out next bus to go further to home.

I strongly do not recommend traveling with this bus transport company. The staff behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not properly wake passengers at their designated drop points—they simply shout from the driver’s seat. In one case, a passenger was dropped nearly 20 km away from their actual stop. When he raised the issue, the staff laughed and told him to take a rickshaw instead, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the seats were unclean and poorly maintained. The cleaner also demanded extra money for small luggage and started arguing aggressively, using very rude language. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
