Very old bus, every part in the bus was shaking, also seat numbers were not marked a lot of confusion because of that as well. I was asked to sit on a seat and after 2-3 hours moved to another seat because seat number wasn't written anywhere.

2 hours late pick up, very dirty seat with garbage on the seat, low AC, no pillow for the seat, no love tracking, one of the worst bus travel experience.

My experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. The bus was not punctual, which immediately set the tone for a poorly managed journey. The AC barely worked, making the ride quite uncomfortable, and the constant loud noise inside the bus only added to the irritation. One of the most concerning aspects was the complete lack of basic travel consideration. The bus did not stop for dinner or even for washroom breaks. Passengers had to repeatedly request the staff multiple times before they finally agreed to stop, and even then, we were rushed unnecessarily. The route taken was equally disappointing. Instead of a smooth national highway, the bus went through interior forest roads with poor conditions. There were multiple long, unexplained halts, often over 30 minutes, due to railway crossings, which could have easily been avoided with better route planning. These delays, combined with bad roads and no proper rest stops or food options, made the journey exhausting. Overall, this was a highly unprofessional and uncomfortable travel experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a safe, convenient, and well-managed journey.

No rest stop, no clear communication, timing and bus change at the last moment.

As per bus timings it is mentioned drop time is 7:30 am morning but this bus was delayed by 4 hours. I booked this thinking it would reach early morning so that I could attend my meeting. But never trust the timings which are mentioned. These people fooled us. Check reviews before booking. If you are thinking this bus will reach on time, that is not correct.

There is only one driver. Bus broke down about 70 km before Yeshwantpur. They did not arrange an alternate bus. It was too hot inside the bus. More than 5 hours delay. Charging point not working. Very poor service.

4 hrs late and they left us 50km away

horrible experience don't travel with them , first the bus was delayed then no amenities offered as promised and then AC was not working and then bus broke down and then it got again delayed for 3-4 hours

Theres literally no charging options for i phone users.
