Due to road conditions I have given 4 but overall my experience is good within the bus.

Bus was in very poor and unhygienic condition with dirty seats. The bus broke down during the night on the highway, causing a delay of around 11 hours. This created a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation for passengers. Overall experience was extremely poor.

Jai Bhawani Tour and Travels agent is not taking responsibility seriously and abusive to the passenger with rude behaviour and no way of talking to the client.

Very poor service. Bus broke down at Jabalpur and passengers were shifted to another bus but seats were not provided. At the next stop, Rewa bus stand, passengers were shifted to a non-AC bus with only seats.
