Very bad service, it is not even a bus, 20 seater van. It stops every 2 kms for one reason or another. Not clean and very rusted with sharp edges everywhere. Moreover, the driver was on the phone while driving.

Staff behavior was excellent throughout the journey, right from boarding to dropping. The conductor took very good care of the comfort of the passengers and also boarding and deboarding the luggage. I will highly recommend this bus for long distance travel.

The bus was clean, staff was very polite. The only problem was we booked tickets till Matki Chowk and the bus did not even go that way. I request the bus owners to remove these options and just put in the actual stoppage that they have.

Worst experience. My bag was exchanged by another person. After knowing the person, I needed to go and find and take the bag. It is the job of the travelling agency to sort it out.
