That bus was late by almost 2 and a half hours and they didn't even inform. The given contact number was switched off. So irresponsible.

They forced me to come to another city Betul to board the bus from my own transportation, I asked them to cancel and refund, so that I could book another direct bus, but they didn't. Third class, zero understanding. If their bus had a technical issue, it was their fault, not mine. Even after talking, they didn't cancel. They forced me to come and board from a different city. 100 times, I will never travel via Indore Travels bus service. Thank God I couldn't imagine if there had been any single lady in place of me. It was a terrible experience.
