Bed sheet provided in my bus is not clean. I found hair and stains on it. The charging point is available at my seat, but it is not working with my iPhone charger.

Dropping time wrong and boarding point wrong and big delay time all problems in bus. I am not satisfied with Red Bus app. You solved my problem in 12 hours. Today I uninstalled the app and for the next journey will use another app.

Terrible bus please stop agreement with this bus and if the bus is taking booking from any location but at the time of journey they will change the pick up point and drop point as well which is unprofessional.
