The bus broke down, they took over 3 hours to arrange for an alternative. The alternative bus is so slow, it's the worst travel experience I've ever had

Bus had issue with air suspension and was delayed by 7.30 hrs. Actual reach time was 8.50 am but reached by 4.30 pm. No facilities were provided, waste management. Don't book this bus. Pathetic service from owner.
