I booked and paid extra for a lower single sleeper seat, but due to a bus breakdown I was shifted to a double sleeper in the replacement bus. I couldn’t cancel because of an urgent meeting tomorrow. The new seat is uncomfortable, and a box keeps hitting my head throughout the journey. Additionally, the bus operator did not properly inform passengers about the seat downgrade before boarding. Despite paying extra for a specific seat category, I was assigned a different berth without proper prior communication or an equivalent alternative arrangement. This was very disappointing and inconvenient.
