It took me to Kanjirapally very late. This bus goes through Ernakulam, Kottayam to Kanjirappally with inordinate delay at Kottayam. Never to Kanjirappally on this bus.

The bus was too late as I was travelling with a baby. It was very inconvenient. It can be due to unpredictable reasons, but the journey was very challenging.

One of the worst experiences. Boarding point delay was more than 5 hours. Live tracking was not working. Some problems occurred. I never suggest this bus.
