Booked sleeper seat but due to some AC issue they changed bus midway, then they gave me a sitting seat which was terrible in the last row and the engine noise was very high. Worst experience ever.

I booked a ticket for single sleeper but halfway through the journey they stopped the bus and asked all the passengers to change to another bus which was a seater. They did not even give a valid reason, just saying the AC was not working. The bus was not comfortable at all. It was a very bad experience, I paid for single sleeper but more than half of my journey I was in a seater.

I had a smooth and comfortable journey yesterday, and overall, the service was good. The staff were helpful, and the travel experience was pleasant. However, I was seated in seat number 15, which was located above the wheel arch. The raised wheel-well intrusion reduced the available legroom and made it difficult to keep my legs and bag comfortably. Apart from this minor inconvenience, everything else was good, and I had a pleasant journey. I hope the seating arrangement can be improved for better passenger comfort.

Overall a very good experience during the travel. On time at pickup and drop. Seat and comfort were very good and even the seat length is good to accommodate tall persons. The driver was very good and polite with very good driving, not rash driving, and very safe to travel. Driven neatly during heavy rains and dropped perfectly at my place. Overall very good driving and hospitality. Very underrated bus, please do support.

Driver did his best to make on time. Rest stop hygiene is very bad.
