The bus seat was wet when I boarded including the pillow, and also sleep comfort is something which is a disaster due to the low quality of bus suspension. Overall very bad experience. Didn't even sleep 6 hr properly.

The lower 1/4 seat was wet due to rainwater leakage, and there was a very loud noise from the AC machine throughout the journey. It disturbed our sleep and caused us a headache. Our seat numbers were 17 and 18 (upper berths). Kindly look into this issue.

The bus was good, and the journey started on time. However, the ladies' washroom at the rest stop was not hygienic. The bus broke down in Jalna, and from Jalna to Akola, the AC kept turning on and off continuously due to the breakdown. A replacement bus was arranged by the operator in Akola. Despite this, we reached our destination approximately 2 hours late.
