Ticket shown seat no 33 where bus is having max 32 seats. Bus service providers stating they didn't receive any information from Red bus for booking. I was adjusted and somehow traveled where AC condition was also bad. Need refund of my amount.

Strangely bus and seat all got changed. I was asked to sit on a different bus and place, which was not the one chosen during booking. I was told others did direct booking with them earlier and hence I needed to compromise with the place they are sharing. Direct booking costs are way lesser than the online booking.
