Bus is clean. The pick up and drop is also as per the timeline mentioned on the website. The bus is punctual; on-time pick from Jamkhandi and drop at Pune. The bus is clean as well with helpful staff. They can look for an alternate location or hotel for dinner break at night.

Our travel experience from Pandharpur to Thane was satisfactory overall. However, we faced an issue due to the unavailability of blankets, which caused considerable discomfort. Apart from this, the air conditioning was functioning well.
