I prefer cotton bed cover because of the heat. Otherwise, staff comfort, charging, everything is top notch. Good service. Thank you

The upper 11 and 12 seat passengers were drinking alcohol and having a peaceful dinner around 1 am in the night. They were screaming and talking bad words. Nobody was able to sleep.

Not punctual, did not come to the onboard place as mentioned. In the early morning at the Majestic stop, they told all the passengers to shift to another bus. Bus also not comfortable.
