The driving is so bad. The staff was very rude to passengers. The bus is not clean and very congested. The rest stop is very unhygienic. Very rash driving. Overall the experience is bad.

Bus is good, but driver is harsh. No announcement for any drop stops. No extra cleaner person in bus.

The worst ever travel experience. Pickup was late by 30 mins. Drop was late by 2 hours (8.5 hours of travel). Seats were not clean. Driving was never smooth from the start. After some time, it felt like only the AC fan was running. No cooling experience.
