The worst ride ever. They never bothered to come to pick up point. Rude behavior by staff.

Booked an AC bus expecting a quiet and comfortable journey, but excessive noise made it impossible to sleep. The issue was even worse than during my previous trip, despite having reported it earlier. Please inspect the bus and resolve the problem for the comfort of future passengers.

Extremely bad experience. The driver, was extremely rude and irresponsible, especially towards a lady passenger travelling with us. The bus did not stop at the locations mentioned on the booking. When we called the driver, instead of giving proper assistance, he kept directing us to different locations across Bengaluru. We had to spend additional money and waste a lot of time travelling to the places he mentioned, and he did not even wait for us to reach. The situation became much worse when the lady passenger was made to get down from the bus in between, and the driver left from Silk Board without any concern for her safety or how she would reach her destination. All three of us were ultimately forced to arrange our own transportation and travel again at our own expense. We were made to roam across Bengaluru because the driver failed to stop at the designated pickup/drop location where we were waiting. This was not just an uncomfortable journey. It was a serious failure in passenger service and safety. should investigate the driver's conduct and take responsibility for the additional expenses and inconvenience caused. I strongly recommend that also look into this incident and take appropriate action against the operator.
