Bus was with new tag, but it doesn't look new. Anyways, the staff behaviour is very polite and good. Informed 30 mins before where they are, and of course they were late by 45 mins due to Bangalore traffic. AC, seat all are good. Will recommend for future.

Don't book seat U8, it's near the AC vent and the screen cloth flows right into the face. Otherwise all good.
