Timing not accurate. Mentioned as semi sleeper but it is just a normal seater.

Staff behaviour good. But timing and bus environment not very nice. I want to know why they skipped the toll gate. Took a diversion to the service road and took too much time. 4.50am arrival time but reached 6.30am.

I booked a seat on the bus departing at 23:00 yesterday ([date], [route], Booking ID [ID]). I was running about 5 minutes late to the boarding point. When the driver could not reach me, I called him immediately after those 5 minutes. He had already left. I asked him to slow down or stop so I could board, but he refused and kept driving. I chased the bus for almost 15 km, and he still did not stop or slow down. This was a very bad experience. The driver showed no courtesy or basic customer service. I lost both my money and my travel time.
