The seats had bedbugs. Almost all passengers complained about bedbugs, but the helper and other bus members had no resolution for that. Never travel on this bus.

Charging point is not working. Seats are not comfortable. No water bottle stand behind the seat. I will never ever travel on this bus. Very horrible experience.

There was no live tracking available from beginning of journey & staff didn't pick up the call. Bus reached by 1 hour delay at Bhadrak & passengers were standing on over bridge in dark with mosquito bites. Staff just casually responded as delayed due to dinner timing. But finally it reached destination on time (before 10 minutes).

I have booked a seat for ladies. During booking, the seat was shown for ladies/female; however, during travel, 1 gents traveled. Throughout the night, 1 lady sat near an unknown gents and she was not at all comfortable. It's a complete safety issue for ladies to travel.
