Drop time was 7:30am at Narsi but the driver was wasting time at 8:30 at Mukhed. When asked, the driver rudely told all passengers it would take 2 hours. Very shameful experience.

They served very bad service. The bus comes very late on the spot and it is the second time I booked the same bus and had a very bad experience.

The driver was driving under the influence, which is extremely unsafe and unacceptable. The overall experience was very poor. The seats were in bad condition and uncomfortable, and the bus windows were broken, making the journey unpleasant. Strongly not recommended.
