The bus was very neat and clean but the drawbacks are live tracking in Red Bus app was not working in the beginning (before boarding the bus) and I reached late at my destination.

The AC regulation was not working and was too cold and uncomfortable. In spite of complaining to the staff, they did not resolve the issue, so we had to reach the destination with the same temperature and it was really hard to sleep.
