Hello team. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the bus service I booked with you. Booking details: from: Nainital. Booked time as per your website: 8:30 am. Actual bus departure: 11:00 am (2.5 hours late). Issues faced: 1. Wrong timing: I booked the tickets specifically seeing 8:30 am timing on your website. But the bus departed at 11:00 am, which is 2.5 hours late. This ruined our entire trip plan. 2. Wrong pickup point: Your website clearly mentioned the pickup point as Nainital. But on the day of travel, we were told to go to Hanuman Garhi, which is 5 km away from Nainital. We had to spend extra money from our pocket to reach there. If we had to go 5 km away, we could have booked from any other place. What was the point of booking from Nainital then? This was a complete loss for us. 3. Unnecessary early reporting and long wait: We were asked to reach the pickup point 2-3 hours early. We reached at 5:30 am and were made to sit in a cab at 7:45 am. But the cab came very late after making us wait for 2-3 hours with no cab available. The whole process was very unorganised. 4. AC not working properly at night: During the night journey, the bus AC kept turning off again and again. Because of this, there was extreme heat and suffocation inside the bus. It was very uncomfortable for all passengers. 5. Poor staff behaviour: The staff behaviour was very rude and unprofessional throughout the journey. 6. Poor comfort: Despite the ticket being very expensive, the seat space in the bus was very less and uncomfortable. Overall, my money was completely wasted. The service was absolutely pathetic. I am giving this a 0 rating. Please respond to me at the earliest and resolve this matter.

It took a very long time to reach the destination—far longer than usual. The ticket was expensive, yet there were no amenities; the staff didn't even provide a bottle of water. The driver got sleepy while driving and even crashed the bus at one point. I will never travel on a bus like this again.

Power socket is not working. There are no curtains in the bus. All the time they are making noise for seat confirmation with others.

My experience was very bad with you, company doing a scam in the name of bus change, change bus was in a very bad condition. Bus delayed by 1.30 hr.
