I was booked a Volvo bus, but the bus was a small traveler.

I had a comfortable journey overall. However, when I booked my ticket from Thalassery to Bangalore, there was an option to select Electronic City as the destination. Since I had three bags, I chose Electronic City expecting the bus to drop me there. During the journey, I asked the bus staff about the Electronic City drop, but they were not aware of it. Eventually, I was dropped at Madiwala, and I had to travel to Electronic City on my own using a BMTC bus, which was quite inconvenient with my luggage. This left me with a slightly disappointing impression of Global Travels. My request is that you either provide the promised drop service to Electronic City or remove it as a destination option if it is not actually available. Additionally, I would appreciate it if the punctuality of the service could be improved.
