It was a very bad experience for me. When we reached Kalasipalya, the AC suddenly stopped working. The staff told us that they would arrange a replacement bus, but we had to wait for around three and a half hours for it. I had booked a sleeper bus, but even the power socket in my berth was not working. The overall experience was very disappointing, and the service was not worth the time and inconvenience. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and improves its service.

Recently, I booked a ticket with Global Travels from Marathahalli to Kadirur. The bus arrived at the pickup point ahead of schedule, which was appreciated. However, after about an hour of travel, we noticed that the air-conditioning system was not working properly. The crew arranged for a mechanic at the next pickup point, but unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved within the available time. They then arranged an alternative bus, resulting in a delay of nearly two hours. Although the delay was inconvenient, I truly appreciate the cabin crew's efforts and dedication in handling the situation and arranging an alternative bus for the passengers. Thank you, Global Travels, for your service and commitment to passenger comfort. Well done to the entire team! Keep up the good work.

No outside visibility (sticker is pasted on windows), there is no head room, upper berth is just above the head. Really feels suffocation.

It was really a bad experience with travels. Today morning from 9.30 AM I was travelling to Bangalore. But the bus stopped at Honsur due to some engine problem. I had an urgent meeting at 6.30 PM. Now I could not reach on time. It was very disappointing. Very very bad service. How would we book in the future. And the staff in the bus did not arrange any other option. And there was no proper communication with passengers.
