I had a very bad experience during the bus journey. The driver did not stop the bus for a washroom break, which caused great inconvenience to the passengers. Also, the bus was driven too fast, making the journey uncomfortable and unsafe. The management should ensure proper washroom stops and safe driving. I request you to take this feedback seriously and improve your service.

The management should improve the bus maintenance and seating comfort. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 10:45 PM but arrived at 11:20 PM. I understand that traffic can cause delays. However, the seats are not comfortable and the space is very small. Please improve the bus condition and passenger comfort.
