I booked an AC sleeper bus, but I travelled in a non-AC seater with my bag in my hand. At the pick-up time, the bus operator told me this non-AC seater bus was the last option. The bus I booked had a dropping time of 6.30 am. Now it is 8.34 am and I am still on the bus, which has not reached the location. I have already changed buses twice. It is very uncomfortable and I cannot reach my work on time.

It's a bad travelling experience in my life, bus travel time is late by 5 hours, reached Kozhikode at 11 am, bus is not in good condition, sleep comfort not good.

Very poor experience. The bus was delayed and the driver and helper were rude and unprofessional. They behaved disrespectfully towards passengers and provided no proper assistance. Overall, the journey was stressful and disappointing. Would not recommend this service.
